- Meditation - Mental focus, clarity & release of stressful thoughts
Your Health is of premium importance.
- We recommend that you seek your doctor's advice prior to commencing any class.
- Informing us of any exisiting condition will enable your yoga teacher to advise you of any precautions you need to take during class.
- It is in your best interest & your responsibility to continue to keep us up to date with any health conditions or concerns whilst attending classes.
Getting Started
- All new students are required to enrol prior to arriving at a class
- Class numbers are limited. Be sure to book your place
- Enrolments can be taken via email or telephone
- Full Payment is required to reserve a place
- Payments are non transferable & non redeemable after expiry date
Preparing for class
- Avoid eating 1 ½ hr – 2 hrs prior to commencing a class
- All classes are non- judgmental & non- competitive.
- It is important you follow the instructions & listen to your body.
- If you need to stop at any point it is perfectly ok to either sit or lie down until you are ready to join in again.
- After class your teacher is available to answer any questions you have. Please be aware that others may also have questions and sometimes a phone call the next day will be more appropriate in answering any detail questions.
- Make sure you are alert to drive home and wait 15 minutes before eating, drinking or showering.
 | What to bring:
- Yoga Mat (some floors are wooden)
- Strap, scarf or belt (1.5m long) to help with stretching
- Blanket for sitting and relaxing
- Small pillow if needed for neck or back support
- Large pillow- prenatal only
On Arrival for Your First Class
- Be early, classes start on time
- remove your shoes
- fill out a 'Get Acquainted' form

- switch off mobile phones, pagers
- ask questions
- go to the toilet
