About the Teacher
"Namaste,& welcome I'm Keryn Daley I was first introduced to Yoga in 1996, and was so enthused and transformed by the changes Yoga made to my life that I began my journey of personal & professional yoga study."
As a wife & mother of three energetic boys, & expecting baby no.4 in March 2010 Keryn understands the challenges of balancing personal & professional life.
It is reassuring to know Keryn holds the following qualifications:
- Yoga Teacher Diploma HH(YT)
- IYTA Yoga Teachers Diploma
- Full Teaching Member of the International Yoga Teachers Association
- Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Certificate
- Resuscitation Certificate, Royal Life Saving Society of Australia
- Accredited Dunstan Baby Language Educator.
Continued study has enabled Keryn to specialise in Prenatal Yoga & offer a general yoga program which educates students how to understand their bodies more.
Refresh Yoga for Busy People
You can now enjoy yoga at class & at home with this easy to follow DVD. Short programs for Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced students means you no longer have an excuse not to practice yoga. Regular practice will enhance your experience at class & in your life.

Prenatal Workshops
Mother to Mother Workshop runs quarterly & aims to skill first time mums held in a relaxed atomsphere with the opportunity to ask questions & get the correct information.
Dunstan Baby Language Parenting Classes
